PENERAPAN PROGRAM PERENCANAAN PERSALINAN DAN PENCEGAHAN KOMPLIKASI (P4K) OLEH BIDAN DI KABUPATEN JEMBER
One of the health programs for pregnant women to reduce complications during the pregnancy process is Labor Planning and Complications Prevention Program (LPCPP). The government-initiated LPCPP aims to monitor pregnancies leading to safe and secure deliveries to all pregnant women. This study aims to find out how the implementation of LPCPP by midwives in Jember. The research design used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach that is presented in a descriptive exploratory. The study was conducted in Jember. Data collection techniques used focus group discussions on 50 coordinating midwives in the Jember District Health Center and one person as a triangulation, namely the Head of Public Health Division of the Jember District Office. Data analysis using content analysis methods. The results of research on the implementation of the LPCPP program are that communication has been carried out when pregnant women contact with health workers through socialization about LPCPP, resources (sufficient human resources, special funds for the LPCPP program are not available and transportation facilities using private vehicles midwives). In addition, the disposition shown from the attitude of the LPCPP implementing officers at the puskesmas all had positive responses, while in the case of the bureaucratic structure there was still no SOP. The implementation of the LPCPP program as a whole has been well implemented. Suggestions that can be made with the formation of midwives SOP can implement the LPCPP program well.
