The prevalence of malnutrition in infants is still a health problem in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship of complementary feeding with nutritional status of infants aged 6-12 months. This study was a cross-sectional study conducted in Gandongan, Pandanwangi, Blimbing, Malang with 37 subjects aged 6-12 months who were selected by proportional random sampling method. Information about giving complementary feeding obtained structured interviews and forms of 24-hour food recall, as well as anthropometric measurements of infants. The incidence of malnutrition in this study was 8.1%. From the results of bivariate analysis with chi square, there was no association between breastfeeding and breastfeeding status with infant nutrition. Problems with nutritional status occur due to an imbalance in consumption of nutrients. Nutritional problems can interfere with baby's growth and development.
