Abstract

Skills in a variety of fields are required for good health care, one of which is recording and reporting. Cohorts are a method of recording and reporting used by midwives. Cohort registers have a lot at stake and are thought to be ineffective. The purpose The usage of Microsoft Access in the development of the Cohort Register Application is the focus of this research. The method used was Research and Development (RND). The study step begins with identifying potential and problems, analyzing demands, creating a design and application design, conducting media tests and expert material tests, editing the product, and testing small groups of four midwives who manage PMB in Malang Regency. Questionnaires are commonly used as research tools. The results The findings of the media expert validation questionnaire, which received 79.41 percent, the material expert validation questionnaire, which received 76.78 percent, and the results of small group trials, which received 82.14 percent, demonstrated that the products developed were quite feasible to be exhibited.
